This software that simulates the behavior of materials in injection molds, helps designers, engineers and technical departments improve parts and its optimization in the industrialization phase.
To define the critical points of a piece prior to its industrialization is absolutely key. That is, the areas where they will have problems in their injection.
INNOVAMED incorporates this methodology in its proposals to customers simulating the results for different alternatives of raw materials, and / or design improvements to achieve the optimization of the pieces so that, in the industrialization phase, the quality of the manufactured parts is constant avoiding mold rectifications and defaults in the specifications required to the piece.
